The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Department of Physiology invites applications for an Assistant Professor (non-tenure, research) faculty position. This position requires a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Molecular Biology and six years of postdoctoral experience. We are seeking interactive individuals with experience in the field of the molecular function of centriole proteins, especially as it relates to the regulation of cilia assembly and function by the centriole. This position will also have graduate student and fellow, as well as medical student, teaching and training responsibilities.
