The Department of Biochemistry at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center invites applications from candidates for a tenure-track/tenured faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor. Candidates should be engaged in innovative research in organic chemistry or natural products chemistry. The Biochemistry Department offers a vibrant environment for for research in chemistry, drug discovery and the chemistry biology interface. The successful applicant will be expected to carry out an effective research program and to teach at the graduate level. Assistant Professor applicants should submit a curriculum vitae, a summary of research experiences, a description of research plans, and three letters of reference. Candidates for a senior position are expected to have already established a vigorous independent and funded research program in organic chemistry or natural products chemistry. Applicants for Associate/Full Professor should submit a curriculum vitae.
