2.Escalate key opportunities for improvement to leadership in a timely manner.
3.Assist care givers in identifying and documenting performance improvement opportunities.
4.Provide support for Quality Project Managers and key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
5.Work with Quality Project Managers to organize and expedite project deliverables and communications.
6.Work collaboratively with other performance improvement teams or groups as needed.
7.Help develop and implement projects to improve the quality of patient care and ensure that the organization is meeting Joint Commission and other accrediting agency standards.
8.Utilize authorized tools, techniques, methods and strategies for performance improvement and project management.
