Conducts work history verifications, Department of Public Safety, and reference checks upon request.
Provides administrative support for the Recruitment Division of Human Resources including but not limited to scheduling candidates, maintaining calendars, answering telephone, faxing documents, and related duties.
Assists with attending and preparing for job fairs.
Creates Placement Notifications as requested.
Conducts candidate resume searches for vacant positions and assists with posting vacant positions on both internal and external websites.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The incumbent will facilitate the onboarding process for all new hires to include procesing background checks, scheduling occupational health appointments, collect all new hire paperwork, process internal transfers, update badge information in database.
