Experience and Education
2.Assist ERP Specialists by providing operational knowledge to help business process owners and project team members in conducting fit/gap analysis and evaluation of design and process choices to make best practice decisions.
3.Assist with the creation of test scenarios/scripts, coordinate testing efforts, participates in testing of designed solution and verify/ validate results of conversion efforts and testing results.
4.Assist with the creation and delivery of end-user training and training materials.
5.Provides initial support to end users on production system.
6.Coordinate with other resources to identify, and document issues and assist with testing data mapping and validation.
7.Assist with the internal and external communications regarding the business system projects and on going support. Develops and maintains project plans. Provides project status reports.
8.Gather customer requirements and assists with preparation of functional specifications.
9.Participate in 24 x 7 on-call rotation to ensure timely support of system.
Preferred Experience/Knowledge/Abilities and other duties:
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Security
Skills to gather requirements, build, test and maintain in the PeopleSoft environments
Work within security framework to develop/implement security plans and workflow
Assist/lead audit reviews, recommend security solutions
Provide end user security education
Mitigate security risks, perform security reviews
Support all security environments, provide troubleshooting when needed
Familiar with PeopleTools 8.4 and above
Knowledge of Oracle databases and database security
Working knowledge of PeopleCode, Component Interface and App Engine and App Designer is preferred
Ability to create security related queries and reports is needed
