The Department of Clinical Sciences and the National Cancer Institute designated Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center are seeking outstanding candidates for a faculty biostatistician position Academic rank will be awarded commensurate with experience.
Applicants should have a doctoral degree in biostatistics, statistics or a closely related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills and advanced expertise in research design and methodology are required. Candidates with expertise in statistical applications in population-based cancer research and health outcome research, working experience in a collaborative biomedical research setting, and record of extramural grant support are highly preferred.
