The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks to fill the following position:
A Faculty position for a Head and Neck Cancer specialist at the level of Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an otolaryngology subspecialty practice at UT Southwestern's James W. Aston Center, associated University Hospitals and other affiliate locations. He/She will participate closely in the education and training of medical students, residents and fellows. This is a 80% clinical position and 20% Administrative position in a leadership role for clinical and research services within the department.
Individuals applying must hold a clinical doctorate such as an M.D. or D.O. degree and have completed postgraduate residency/fellowship training in subspecialty area of Head and Neck Cancer. Candidates must be board certified in Otolaryngology and be eligible or hold a Texas medical license. Academic rank will be awaraded commensurate with experience.
