The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Psychiatry in the Kitamura Lab is seeking an outstanding neuroscientist with a strong track record of research in the neurobiological basis of mental illness, including eating disorders, addiction, depression, schizophrenia and developmental disorders for a research-track faculty position. Candidates with research expertise in cellular, systems and translational neuroscience are preferred, including genetics, molecular biology, neurophysiology and behavior.   Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience.  Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than a full time schedule

Candidates must have an MD and/or PhD degree, productive postdoctoral research experience and an outstanding publication record.
