Optometrist Devoted to Neuro-Ophthalmology Practice

The Department of Ophthalmology at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a full-time Optometrist with an interest in neuro-ophthalmology devoted to neuro-ophthalmology entry level care, triage, and follow up of stable patients. The appointment will be at the Faculty Associate level. Duties include, evaluation of entry level neuro-ophthalmology patients, direct as needed for further evaluation or therapy and routine follow up of stabilized neuro-ophthalmology patients as well as standard optometric core if time permits. O.D. Degree with interest in neuro-ophthalmology and at least one year of experience preferred. Must be eligible for a Texas state optometry license.
