The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, is seeking a Pulmonary Specialist. Applicant must have a M.D. degree, or equivalent, from an approved LCME medical school and satisfactory completion of an Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship from an ACGME accredited program. Candidate must be eligible for Texas medical licensure and be board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Level of appointment is commensurate with experience. Duties include providing and supervising patient care in ambulatory Chest Medicine subspecialty clinics at the University and affiliated hospitals, interpretation of PFTs, performing bronchoscopic procedures, and the teaching and training of residents and subspecialty fellows.
