2.Maintains confidentially of all information in relation to cases, student behaviors or feedback evaluations.
3.Provides constructive verbal and written feedback within a structured format.
4.Observes details during simulated encounter and the ability to recall all details after the encounter.
5.Accurately and consistently completes checklists during assessment of health care students.
6.Performs other duties as assigned.
The Standardized Patient position are requires individuals who are extensively trained to learn a history of a patient and replicate a medical condition for learner in clinical skills examinations. The individual will observe, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on the learner’s performance in the patient encounter.
