Experience and Education


Bachelors degree and three (3) years experience in areas such as outside/inside medical sales, member services, provider relations, contract negotiations, claims and/or billing required.  Proficient in MS office and use of customer relations management software (CRM) a plus.

Job Duties


Responsible for providing operations support to community physicians within the UT Southwestern Clinically Affiliated Physician UTSCAP network including: a. Managing monthly physician meetings for UTSCAP physicians within assigned territory b. Presenting and managing ACO strategy to UTSCAP physicians within territory including regular communication of physician performance along expected standards in quality, efficiency and clinical integration. c. Managing Clinical Integration process and onboarding process for assigned UTSCAP physicians.

Works with PHSC and other SWHR staff to deploy population health infrastructure and implement strategy a. Facilitate deployment and network utilization of population health management tools b. Facilitate quality and efficiency performance improvement strategy for assigned UTSCAP physicians.

Facilitates ACO governance & strategy.

Assist other reps with Physician recruitment.

Performs other duties as assigned.
