Helps to deliver content management solutions for websites and assists with technical and design recommendations for products.
Builds high customer satisfaction by managing end-users expectations, communicating technical issues clearly and in a way that is easily understood. Documents agreed upon resolutions.
Follows up with clients to ensure successful completion of tasks. Resolves bugs in a timely manner and ensures quality assurance standards by developing high quality code that is reusable, well documented, stable, efficient, and defect free.
Works independently to research and resolve problems and shares findings with others during technical meetings.
Assists in the testing of websites and systems to ensure they meet institutional and regulatory standards.
May perform usability studies to continually improve website architecture.
Performs other duties as assigned.
This position will involve working on highly sensitive clinical data, using a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies
You will work along with BICF team to create the foundation and design academic websites.
Clean and design clinical or research data structure, and then organize them in the format of database.
Design and implement online tools involved in biostatistical analysis.
Design and implement online database system and its web portal. Highly security strategy is required considering sensitive clinical data.
Designs and implement reusable UI components and writes quality code (including HTML, CSS, and JS)
1-3 years of experience developing highly interactive, web applications and passionate for UI/UX and responsive design.
