UT Southwestern is seeking a talented and experienced Compensation Consultant to evaluate, analyze, and develop creative solutions on a variety of compensation projects. This position will also provide the highest level of consultative services for compensation programs and practices. This is a 6+ month temporary assignment with full benefits.
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver the following:
Bachelor’s degree along with eight (8) or more years of experience in compensation/compensation consulting with experience in hospital, healthcare, and/or higher education. Experience integrating job and compensation structures. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) highly preferred Experience with PeopleSoft, PayScale/MarketPay, and/or Kronos a plus. Experience in developing incentive programs desired.
