Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Healthcare, Business and Administration required.
Two (2) – Five (5) years' experience in data analysis, decision support, finance, including demonstrated proficiency with analytical software and data dashboard building required. At least one (1) year of healthcare experience required, preferably in a healthcare operations and analytics.
Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing clinical and administrative requests. Capable of building data dashboards from multiple systems/sources.
Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.
Use database applications and analytical tools: evaluates data quality, applications, and functions.
Researches new data sources and analytical tools; contributes to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation.
Provides a high level of customer service while meeting project and presentation deadlines.
Manages standing reports to specification and timelines including: department P&L, OR Metrics, Service Line and programmatic scorecards/dashboards. Formats data/presentations for standing committees including quarterly QA/PI/PIC Committees, Service Line Steering Committees and Surgical Services Executive Committee.
Works with various departments/divisions/administrators to develop & understand task specifications. Delivers data products in report/ presentation format, or verbally, to AVP in a detailed oriented and timely manner. Applies knowledge to evaluation, analysis, and interpretation of data.
Communicates results effectively to customers. Communicates regularly and effectively with team members and supervisor. Points out system or process problems when noticed; engages the team in problem solving.
