As an important member of the UT Southwestern team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the recruitment strategies for leadership roles at the Director level and above. In this recruiting role you will drive all aspects of executive recruitment through proactively sourcing candidates, providing superior and proactive customer service, and by anticipating client and customer needs. A strong recruiter will demonstrate a high-level of professionalism, will have the ability to network and connect with leaders, and the ability to think creatively. As an Executive Recruiter, you will work closely with UT Southwestern leaders and community stakeholders to develop talent pipelines to support the needs of the organization to help market and negotiate leadership roles here at UT Southwestern.
