The Computational Biologist II will be involved in the analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data or high throughput array data, and integration of different sequencing techniques like RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, PRO-seq and scRNAseq, to understand the basic mechanisms of nuclear signaling and gene regulation and how these signaling pathways relate to human physiology and disease states.
As a Computational Biologist you will play a key role in analyzing high performance next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis pipeline systems as well as help implement complex data integration methods/algorithms across various NGS sequencing techniques. This innovative research position allows you to investigate complex data problems within reproductive biology sciences and help to prepare research reports for presentations.
