As a member of the Human Resources (HR) team, the Business Analyst, Human Resources Information Systems maintains and supports PeopleSoft HCM and data by researching and resolving issues/problems. This role also documents and understands PeopleSoft implemented functionality including customizations and reports, provides system training, forms processing assistance and technical support to university managers as well as department co-workers. Additionally, assists and supports end users with HCM/HRIS reporting or functionality issues, works with functional and technical resources to manage exception processes, minimizing impact on related processes, provides/understands HRIS functional requirements in context with system capability and leverages existing and new technology and resources to help HRIS function efficiently.
