Position duties include:
Analyzing high deimensional fitness datea generated by a sequencing base fitness assay for millioins of barcoded beta lactamase variants.
Exploring epistatic interactions in the fitness landscape of ESBLs using conventional signal processing tools and deep learning
Leading experimental efforts by developing physica-aware deep learming modalities
Mapping fitness measureemtns to beta-lactamase sequence space and structures using state of the art computational biophysics tools, including MD simulations, docking, and network analysis.
Training lab members
Assisting PI with manuscript writing and grant proposals
Minimum qualification: Ph.D.
