JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Vice President for Development Programs (AVP) oversees all aspects of UT Southwestern’s major and principal giving efforts. The AVP supervises the Corporate and Foundation Relations, Gift Planning, Principal Giving, and Clinical Philanthropy teams responsible for securing gifts from individual and institutional donors in support of UT Southwestern’s tripartite mission. This role presents an opportunity for an impact-driven individual who excels at cultivating authentic relationships to make a meaningful impact in North Texas. This is an exciting time to help grow and shape a fantastic fundraising team within the Office of Development and Alumni Relations that values mutual respect, collaboration, and teamwork.
