JOB SUMMARY
The project manager will be at the forefront of developing AI education programs, training modules, and assist in implementing AI tools for researchers across the institution. This highly motivated individual will join a team of workforce education team in the OCR that is tasked to strengthen faculty and staff education and skills development in clinical research. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work in a cross functional team of physicians, IT professionals, data scientists and researchers at the forefront of innovation in medical research and clinical care

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree – in STEM related Field, adult education/education technology, learning and development, organizational psychology, and /or research management or directly related field and six (6) years related experience, including a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience required; additional progressively responsible related experience may be allowed on a year for year basis in lieu of degree, for a total of ten (10) years of related experience. Master’s or PhD degree strongly preferred.

JOB DUTIES
Fosters positive and collaborative relations with learners, faculty and/or multiple research faculty programs.
Oversees analysis, reporting and program improvements.
Oversees budget expenditures specifically related to educational activities/program(s).
Responsible for design, execution and effectiveness of a system of internal controls, which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, and financial information is reliable.
Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Maintains strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance with respect to research participants, collaborators, sponsors and other stakeholders.
Assists with strategic development of new research programs and initiatives.
May supervise and coach professional and support staff.
Oversee other special programs and initiatives as designated by the Department or Division Chief
Performs other related duties as assigned.
