Experience and Education
Assist the Vice-Chair of Clinical Operations and the Director of Finance in the coordination of the clinical program operations for the department. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external affiliates.
Clarify and advise clinical team of clinical requirements, understand clinical project scope, deliverables, work plan, issues and risks including the need to keep the clinical change implementation on time, and with a high degree of quality.
Under the direction of the Vice-Chair, assist clinic managers with development and implementation of operational plans for new and existing business applications. Manage design, education, training and support of various clinical workflow needs. Work with clinic managers to establish effective internal controls.
Act as liaison for the Vice-Chair of Clinical Operations and the Director of Finance to enact and enforce clinical productivity expectations that include clinic template management and session length expectations. Monitor and report on key clinic information data including visit stats, patient access, patient satisfaction, session numbers and length. Work for improvement in all key indicators.
Assist the Vice-Chair of Clinical Operations in developing and monitoring an effective onboarding and exiting process for faculty and mid-levels into the department clinical operations.
Prepare reports for the Director of Finance to monitor revenue and expense targets for each clinic within the department.
Assist the Vice-Chair of Clinical Operations and the Director of Finance with their calendars, process travel arrangements, reimbursements, etc. Ensure that all departmental communications regarding clinical operations are disseminated as appropriate.
May provide supervision to administrative staff, to include setting work priorities and evaluating employee performance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
