Experience and Education
2.Oversee the expansion of the EDW to support the Population Health initiatives.
3.Review and approve data model design of facts and conformed dimensions. Define and enforce data modeling standards using the Kimball methodology.
4.Lead the development of automation for data transformation and quality control using Microsoft technology including SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS.
5.Discover new and improved ways to deliver data to end users ensuring the appropriate business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, R and etc., are employed to meet customer needs.
6.Oversee the design of the EDW server farm working with on premise data centers as well as cloud hosting such as Azure.
7.Explore and introduce new healthcare analytics technology especially in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data.
8.Participate in relevant Governance and Steering Committees for the Population Health analytics functions.
9.Prioritize and facilitate data requests from operational groups. Manage utilization of various resources to maintain maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives.
10.Implement changes that lead to continuous improvement in customer service. Maintain breadth and depth of knowledge in cutting edge technology and leverage enterprise and industry best practices.
11.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, privacy & security policies, and procedures.
12.Oversees budget expenditures and scheduling. Manage supervisors and/or subordinate managers, establishing priorities.
