The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Department of Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery is seeking an individual with a strong clinical background in adult thoracic surgery for a faculty position within the Division of Thoracic Surgery.
Familiarity with minimally invasive approach for the treatment of thoracic malignancy and esophageal disease is preferred, along with a commitment to education and involvement in basic or clinical research. Eligibility for a Texas Medical License is required for this position. Applicants must be American Board of Thoracic Surgery certified or eligible. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience.
