Pediatrics is seeking a professional, proactive and positive individual to join our team in the position of Senior Administrative Assistant II. This position will work closely with the Division Lead Administrator\nto ensure the administrative operations within the division are efficient and met with a keen sense of business acumen. As a valued team member, you are responsible for providing comprehensive operation support to the division\’s faculty members and research personnel. This includes calendar management, coordinating travel and processing expenses, supply order, assist in preparing presentation(s) including hosting virtual and in person conferences/meetings, serving as the division time editor, managing faculty clinical schedule and other duties as assigned.
