In this role, you will manage an Information Resources staff of 10 who support the Laboratory Information System. The staff handles over 2000 tickets/requests annually for high volume laboratories that produce over 15,000 test results daily in support our Clinical Laboratory Services pathologists with their ongoing test development and integration into the Laboratory Information System. You will also work with additional third-party applications such as Data Innovations, Mayo Access, Histotrac, Unity Realtime and Wellsky. Our ideal candidate has knowledge of working with Data Innovations middleware, Telcor middleware, and Ventana. Experience as a Systems Analyst in Epic Beaker, Histotrac or HCLL. Previous work with Leica a plus. Knowledge of database design, implementation and SQL preferred.
