The Department of Information Resources (IR) The Information Resources Manager of Organizational Change Management plays a critical leadership role in facilitating seamless adoption, thorough utilization, and improved proficiency of organizational changes impacting UTSW employees. This position entails leading and mentoring a team of Change Management Practitioners and Business Analysts, overseeing the development and implementation of change management plans. They spearhead efforts to address employee resistance, resulting in the realization of benefits, value, ROI, and the achievement of desired outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Work requires strong organizational and technical skills. A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Problem solving and root-cause identification skills. Work requires self-motivation with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Work requires the ability to work with internal and external individuals from different disciplines and different levels of training. Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization. Work requires flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily in general office environment.
