The Department of Clinical Nutrition, School of Health Professions is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our team as Clinical Nutrition Faculty. This role combines teaching, clinical expertise, and research background to support our institution’s mission in education and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver courses in clinical nutrition, dietetics, and related subjects.
• Foster an engaging learning environment through lectures, seminars, and practical sessions as needed.
• Stay updated with advancements in clinical nutrition research and incorporate them into teaching.
• Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and academic governance.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to enhance departmental operations.
• Conduct research in clinical nutrition and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
• Mentor students in research projects and foster a culture of scholarly inquiry.
• Engage in professional development activities to stay current in the field.
• Serve on professional committees and contribute to community outreach initiatives.

• Education: Licensed Dietitian with a master’s degree is required, and a doctoral degree (Ph.D., DCN., or equivalent) in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience: Significant clinical experience in nutrition practice, preferably in a healthcare setting. Teaching experience at the university level is desirable.
• Certification: Board certification in Clinical Nutrition (e.g., CNSC, CSO) is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency in instructional technology and curriculum design.
