POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the AVP of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for daily oversight of a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, ensure hiring goals and compliance requirements are met while providing exemplary service. As a strategic partner to the assigned business leaders the TA manager creates and executes creative staffing solutions to ensure the needs of the business are met. The ideal candidate will manage the workforce needs through the SLA’s, branding strategies, pipelining candidates, relationship management at all levels, attrition and turnover analysis, workforce planning, marketing, advertising, coaching and mentoring. Experience with ATS system, Taleo preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s Degree or in business administration or related field or equivalent
· Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in one or more areas of Talent Acquisition.
PREFERRED
· Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
· Previous experience in an Academic Medical Center or Healthcare environment preferred.
· ATS system, Taleo preferred.
JOB DUTIES
· Directs, manages, and has accountability for the talent acquisition operations; reviews workload, and develops action plans to complete work; monitors and evaluates performance and staffing levels.
· Manages the talent acquisition staff by identifying and developing talents of employees based upon current and future business objectives.
· Evaluates selection criteria and testing techniques to ensure compliance to standards.
· Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
· Supports Internal Audit, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) standards, referencing the entire compliance process.
· Direct the organization’s talent acquisition strategy to ensure the best selection for each role and the talent acquisition process is conducted efficiently, economically and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards to ensure job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business.
· Evaluates processes and workflow for performance improvement recommendations. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
· Creates various talent acquisition reports and compiles statistics as requested.
· Liaise with managers to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization’s overall HR strategy.
· Negotiates job offers with candidates and departments on an as needed basis.
· Assists with various talent acquisition projects as needed.
· Serves on administrative committees as required.
· Adapt existing Talent Acquisition process and proactively works to maximize the result of the team.
· Partner with business leaders to understand business environment, travel to sites regularly to scan the business environment, facilitate staff focus groups on relevant topics, drive greater engagement and assess risk, and follow up to drive issue resolution/closure.
· Build and maintain a strong functional team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, performance feedback, team building, and succession planning.
· Serve as a champion of change and drive adoption of new approaches, ideas, programs, and technologies in a positive and proactive manner.
