Job Summary
The Department of Pediatric Developmental Behavior is seeking a professional, proactive, and positive individual to join our team in the position of Senior Administrative Assistant II. This position will work closely with the Division’s Lead Administrator to ensure the administrative operations within the division are efficient and met with a keen sense of business acumen.
As a valued team member, you are responsible for providing comprehensive operational support to the division’s faculty members, medical directors, and research personnel. This includes, calendar management, coordinating travel and processing expenses, supply orders, assist in preparing presentation(s) including hosting virtual and in-person conferences/meetings, serving as the division time editor, and managing faculty clinical schedules. Periodic visits to faculty offices at Children’s Health will involve walking or driving to provide in-person support and other duties as assigned.
Ideal Applicant
Ideal candidates will be customer-service focused, detail-oriented, organized, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically with a proactive approach toward problem solving. Possess a positive attitude, work well with a team, and operate with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Background in administration is desired, but not required.
The first 90 days will be 100% on-site and will transition to hybrid after successfully completing training.
