The Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, is offering a full-time research faculty position. We are seeking dynamic individuals dedicated to human subject research focused on advancing the science, technology, and translation of brain-computer interfaces (BCI).
Demonstrated background of experience in related areas of study, with graduate training in neuroscience, bioengineering, or computational biology. For those whose careers also encompass clinical care, eligibility or possession of a Texas Medical License is required. We are committed to recognizing and rewarding our faculty’s achievements; therefore, the appointment rank will be tailored to reflect each candidate’s academic accomplishments and professional experience.
Qualified candidates must hold a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree.
