This role in the Department of Neurological Surgery will be at the forefront of neurosurgical advancements.
Collaborate with neurosurgeons in Neurological Surgery: Work closely to assist in complex surgeries, gaining hands-on experience to refine surgical skills.
Patient assessment and diagnosis: Conduct evaluations of patients with neurological disorders, helping to determine the most appropriate surgical interventions.
Surgical procedures: Participate in a wide range of neurosurgical procedures, such as deep brain stimulation, epilepsy surgery, and neuromodulation, playing a vital role in the surgical team.
Research and innovation: Engage in ongoing research projects, contributing to the development of new techniques and therapies in functional neurosurgery.
Provide post-operative care, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Share knowledge with residents and medical students, help to shape the next generation of neurosurgeons.
MD Degree
Knowledge in functional neurosurgery and epilepsy surgery preferred.
