JOB SUMMARY
Works under minimal supervision to provide advanced administrative support in coordinating day to day operations of department or division office.
· Proficiency in prioritizing, anticipating needs, and managing multiple requests simultaneously while having the ability to adhere to timelines and commitments. Time management skills are a must. Very fast paced work environment
· Must be able to be resourceful, have a positive attitude, be flexible and a team player with great follow up skills
· Ability to enter service requests, furniture and supply orders, purchase orders, get quotes, maintain departmental assets, property transfers, sort mail, maintenance contracts, equipment repair requests
· Assists with coordinating departmental moves, capital renovations, lab closeouts and startups
· Works with other divisions and departments daily. Ex. purchasing, accounting, facilities management, telecom, housekeeping, surplus, mailroom, shipping and receiving, signage, key control, department Admins, and Faculty
· Knowledge of Record Retention, Disaster Recovery Plan (BCP), Asset Management and Space Management

THIS ROLE IS 100% ON-SITE PROVIDING SUPPORT TO 7 BUILDINGS. MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO ALL BUILDINGS DOING INVENTORY, UNLOCKING DOORS AND MAKING DELIVERIES.
