About Your Role
The O’Donnell School of Public Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Chair and faculty within the Department of Epidemiology. This position will coordinate meetings, coordinate and manage complex schedules and calendars, coordinate travel (both domestic and international), process reimbursements, and assist with document and PowerPoint creation, as well as demonstrated experience in editing academic work such as manuscripts and grant applications.
