JOB SUMMARY
The Web Specialist II is responsible for planning, designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing university websites to ensure they are compliant, effective, and user-friendly. This role involves creating development plans, performing quality control, ensuring digital accessibility, and collaborating with various university staff. Key skills include knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft applications, and major OS platforms. This position is primarily remote with occasional on-site service. Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours and weekend coverage. The incumbent must possess a strong and reliable work ethic and flexibility to work outside normally assigned shifts as needed. Candidates must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
