JOB SUMMARY
Works under minimal direction to assist administrative executive (Assoc VP and above), department chairman, or dean with interpreting and implementing university-wide policies and provide support in managing department, which involves high degree of initiative and independent judgment.

About Your Role
The O’Donnell School of Public Health is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Dean and high-level administrative functions. This position will coordinate meetings, coordinate and manage complex schedules and calendars, coordinate travel (both domestic and international), process reimbursements, and assist with document and PowerPoint creation, as well as enhance productivity and impact. This position requires a high level of emotional maturity, resilience and an executive presence.
