JOB SUMMARY
Works under minimal supervision to provide advanced administrative support in coordinating day to day operations of department or division office.
This position in the Department of Radiation Oncology is part of an administrative team that supports our 25+ physics faculty. As a member of the team, this individual will provide professional support to 2-3 physics faculty members and their trainees, including travel and reimbursement management, editorial work of manuscripts, cv’s and other professional documents, preparation of slides or other materials for presentation by faculty, arrangements and scheduling of meetings, conference or other events as requested and assuring compliance with university and departmental policies and procedures.
