UT Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Urology, is seeking a full-time physician to serve in the role of Division Chief for Pediatric Urology. This position will be appointed by The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Children’s Health with reporting structure to the Department of Urology Chairman at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. The Division Chief of Pediatric Urology shall serve as the leader of his/her respective business unit in addition to fulfilling all clinical, research, and academic programmatic goals as set forth in the letter of employment and other related documents. The Division Chief of Pediatric Urology is dually responsible for achieving programmatic excellence as a senior faculty leader as well as maintaining financial viability of the business unit under the direction of the Chairman.
The selected candidate will work with a highly specialized group of physicians and healthcare staff providing comprehensive, multidisciplinary, Urological care. Responsibilities will include both inpatient and outpatient Urology clinical care at training institutions affiliated with UT Southwestern and at UT Southwestern Medical Center clinics and hospitals.
