The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, ranked No, 1 hospital in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the No. 2 hospital in Texas by US News and World Report, is seeking inspirational and energetic neuroradiologist who will be a committed lead with deep expertise in all aspects of neuroradiology, including interpreting the full range of diagnostic imaging studies, performing image guided spine procedures, and providing consultation to referring physicians. The candidate expected to be superior in all aspects of diagnostic neuroradiology and capable of teaching CT, angiography, myelography and MRI to neuroradiology fellows, Radiology residents and medical students through didactic lectures and participation in various multidisciplinary conferences.
Candidates should be excited to work in an academic environment and committed to teaching medical students, residents and fellows. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experiences.
Neuroradiology Division, Facilities and Equipment:
· Growing Neuroradiology practice with 20 faculty members
· ACGME-accredited fellowship program in Neuroradiology with 6 annual spots and TMB-accredited fellowship program in endovascular surgical neuroradiology/neuroendovascular surgery
· Central reading rooms at Parkland Hospital and Clements University Hospital and associated outpatient clinics
· Freestanding reading stations located through the hospital systems
· Remote conference capabilities to allow participation in virtual resident read out sessions, lectures and multidisciplinary conferences
Research Environment:

Applicants should meet these qualifications:
· Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or foreign equivalent
· 1 year Fellowship training in Neuroradiology (required), 2 years of Neuroradiology fellowship training (preferred).
· Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology with and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
