JOB SUMMARY
This position will function as a manager providing leadership and strategic direction to an EMR development team with seven analysts. The manager will oversee operations and performance for the team, supporting 20 service lines including Emergency Services, Bone Marrow Transplant, Hematology, Hematology Oncology, GammaKnife, Stereotactic, Cancer Survivorship, Cancer Outreach, Cancer Genetics, Cancer Research, Radiation oncology, Gynecology Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Dermatology, Orthopedic Surgery, Apheresis, Plastic Surgery and Inpatient Physicians. Experience with Epic Beacon, Emergency Department/ASAP, EpicCare Inpatient, EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Order Transmittal, or Inpatient Procedure Orders is highly desirable. Certification or experience with any other Epic applications will also be considered. If not currently certified in a clinical application, the expectation is to obtain Epic proficiency with Honors in a clinical application within 30 days of hire. This position does not support H1B Visa sponsorship. Incumbent must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
