JOB SUMMARY
Works under direction to assist with management of moderately complex administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit.
The Sr. Administrative Associate II will work in the Chair’s office under the supervision of the Sr. Administrative Associate and along with the other administrative staff in the office, the responsibilities will include assisting in daily office operations, managing events, endowment budgets, office procurement, calendar management, and meeting coordination. Our administrative office operates in a fast-paced environment, and we are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational, multitasking, problem-solving and time-management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
