JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Clinical Operations ‿ Medical Group Operations will report to the Associate Vice President, Academic and Clinical Operations, and will be responsible for overseeing critical projects within the Medical School, School of Health Professions, and in collaboration with Department Administrators across campus. This role plays a key part in supporting the operational priorities of the Medical Group by partnering with clinical departments to understand and address their unique needs, challenges, and barriers. The Manager will build and maintain productive relationships with departmental stakeholders, fostering alignment between clinical operations and academic objectives. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple complex projects, and consistent communication with departmental and institutional leaders. The Manager will advance improvement objectives originating from Academic Affairs and the Medical Group and ensure timely execution of these goals through effective planning, implementation, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision making.
