JOB SUMMARY
In this role, you will work with direction to develop and deliver training programs for various systems and applications used throughout the institution. Duties include, teaching weekly instructor led training sessions for multiple topics, develop and maintain training videos, job aids, eLearning courses, instructor led training programs, and training website content for multiple subject areas. Additionally, you will complete administrative tasks in the learning management system such as adding new courses, running reports, and marking attendance. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to intake new training requests and to consult on needed updates to existing training material. You will use a variety of software and applications to develop training content and track work assignments which may include Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, Canva, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and more. Finally, you will be responsible for learning and applying new digital accessibility content creation standards to revise existing training materials in support of WCAG 2.1 level A and AA standards. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, typically one day per week in office but may be more based on work assignments.
