JOB SUMMARY
This position will support the Division of Hematology and Oncology within the Department of Internal Medicine. Major deliverables include the following: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Director of Clinical Research and the Division of Hematology and Oncology. Oversee expense reporting, laboratory ordering, and postdoc travel authorizations, while coordinating Qgenda and Outlook schedules. Support research staffing processes for the division, serving as a liaison with International, COI, and departmental grant offices to ensure compliance and timely updates. Lead communication of research announcements and maintain consistent collaboration across departments and centers to drive successful program initiatives, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.

• Oversee daily administrative, operational, and logistical activities supporting the Director of Clinical Research in the division of hematology and oncology – includes scheduling meetings, drafting letters, updating CV, etc.
• Support all travel coordination and expense reporting.
• Support laboratory ordering and postdoc travel authorizations/expense reporting
• Update and coordinate Qgenda and clinic.
• Coordinate research postdoc and research staff hiring.
• Liaison with International and COI offices.
• Liaison with department grant managers, timely updates on grant manager supporting system.
• Oversee research announcements for the division.
• Maintain consistent communication between departments/centers to pull off successful program initiatives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
