EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required

• Education
  Bachelor’s Degree in Design Communication or
  Associate’s Degree in related field

• Experience
  7 years Experience in an ad agency or design studio environment with Bachelor’s Degree. or
  9 years Experience in an ad agency or design studio environment with Associate’s Degree. and
  Position requires proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. and
  Must have extensive experience in managing work through all stages of production and

  PowerPoint a plus

JOB DUTIES

• Plans and directs the graphic identity programs for any one of the major services (Cancer, Heart, Neuro), and produces both print and digital campaigns for these service lines throughout the year.
• Produces branded design systems for key administrative/education offices such as Marketing, Development, The President’s Office, and School of Health Professions.
• Partners with the Director for Editorial Services to produce annual reports and special reports throughout the year for Departments, Centers and Institutes.
• Art directs the work of on staff and freelance photographers to provide high quality images that are consistent with a style determined by specific projects.
• Manages a diverse and multifaceted portfolio of work, and ensures by working closely with Production Manager and Traffic Manager, that projects are delivered on time and within the predetermined quality parameters that meet the need of each client.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
