JOB SUMMARY
UT Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW) is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Medical Group Finance team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver insights that drive informed decisions across one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers. You will l lead complex financial analyses—including forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis for the development of Physician Services Contracts while strengthening transparency and accountability across the organization. Your work will directly support strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
We’re looking for a professional who can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate possesses advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in Power BI or other business intelligence programs. Prior experience in healthcare finance is preferred but not required—what matters most is your ability to analyze, communicate, and collaborate effectively.
