JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Business Analyst for Information Resources Culture and Quality team will serve as a strategic partner to assess, advise, and strengthen the institution’s cybersecurity posture across people, process, technology, and architecture. This role benefits requires a seasoned business analyst with hands-on experience who can evaluate real risk, identify security gaps, and guide IR teams in designing and implementing standardized security controls and practices. While cybersecurity and architecture expertise preferred, this position is not a technical administration role; instead, it focuses on consulting, governance, and alignment to ensure consistent, enterprise-wide security maturity and compliance.
Please note, this position does not offer H1B visa sponsorship. The incumbent must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will perform the following:
Technology Assessment:
Evaluate technologies and infrastructure to identify optimization opportunities.
Architecture Discussions:
Facilitate comparisons of current and future architectural states.
Framework Alignment:
Ensure designs meet organizational needs and align with TOGAF and NIST frameworks.
Gap Analysis & Enhancements:
Perform gap analyses, identify interdependencies, and recommend scalable, secure solutions.
Documentation & Strategic Alignment:
Maintain clear technical documentation and align technology with business goals.
