Moncrief Cancer Institute is governed by a board of directors and led by Director Keith Argenbright, M.D., and a four-member executive leadership team. The staff of 70 is comprised of 60 percent clinical staff and 40 percent administrative staff. Nine registered nurse navigators are on staff as well as a certified physician assistant. Other clinical positions include bilingual certified medial office assistants, clinic staff assistants, and schedulers, as well as cancer exercise trainers and an oncology culinary dietitian.

Works under general supervision to provide administration support and program coordination in one of the specialty business units for the Office of Development.
The Moncrief Cancer Institute Development Coordinator, reporting to Development and Alumni Relations, will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Fort Worth based Development Team comprising of two (2) Gift Officers, as well as project management and occasional event coordination support. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling internal and external meetings, managing group meeting spaces including conference and huddle room reservations, providing administrative support to campaign steering committee and internal work group, copy editing grant proposals and other communications prior to leadership approval, managing timelines and approval processes, communicating with donors and faculty members on behalf of leaders, and performing other duties as assigned.
This hybrid position is located in Fort Worth with 3 days per week in office. Candidate may need to be available for night and weekend events as needed.
