UT Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Surgery, Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery, is seeking a full-time Colon and Rectal Surgeon physician. Applicant must be Board Certified/Eligible in General Surgery and must have completed a colon and rectal surgery fellowship by the time of the appointment and be eligible for a Texas Medical License.
Successful candidates will be committed to patient care, resident, fellow and medical student education and scholarly activity that advance clinical medicine. Candidates will be expected to participate in the colorectal surgery clinic practice and teaching programs at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Frisco. Educational responsibilities include the clinical training of general surgery residents and colorectal surgery fellows. A commitment to basic or clinical research is essential.
