Responsibilities
A postdoctoral training position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Ann Marie Navar, in the Division of Cardiology and the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
The candidate will develop workflows to apply large language models to extract data for clinical registries, adjudicate clinical trials, and perform quality assessment Perform research to create probabilistic phenotypes and uncertainty estimates from LLM-derived insights from EHR data Extract and clean large EHR datasets for analysis.

Candidates must hold a recent Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree.
